1. Job Purpose/Scope岗位目的/范围:
Customer Development, New Business Acquisition, Responsible for all sales related tasks like Sales Budget and Sales Plan for specific customer based on Huf process
客户开发,新项目获取,按照公司工作流程负责与销售相关的所有具体工作,如对特定客户的销售预算、销售计划以及其他具体工作
Essential Functions具体职责:
1) Develop and maintain a steady work relationship with customer, Monitoring and improving the Customer Satisfaction
开发和维护客户关系, .监控和持续提高客户满意度
2) Participate in the development of the Strategic Sales Plan for the customers.
参与客户的销售战略开发计划。
3) Seek out and target project and new business opportunities, initiating action plan to approach and secure new business.
寻找新的项目机会,并制定和实施相应的行动计划
4) Obtains RFQ’s, delivering RFQ, follow up with customers and communicate status of new opportunities
获取并处理RFQ,跟进RFQ在客户处的进展
5) Collaborate closely with the PD/PE team on developing new products and services for customers.
与开发&设计团队一起为客户开发新产品并提供相关服务
6) Coordinate activities and communications with related Huf locations worldwide
协调并沟通相关的Huf生产工厂及Huf总部
7) Effectively execute and manage every element of the sales process, incluing Contract review, SNI, payment tracking, overdue LTA etc.
有效实施销售过程中的每一项具体工作,包括合同评审、SNI、货款追踪、overdue 及年降谈判等具体工作内容。
8) Accept irregular business trip both domestic and abroad.
能够接受不定期的国内外出差。
